(b) Call Intelligence™ & Audio Recordings

We utilize Call Intelligence™ and phone tracking technologies to evaluate, summarize, and score phone call conversions.

• Calls routed through our tracking phone numbers may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and lead-scoring purposes.
• By using these phone numbers, you consent to the recording and transcription of your call.

(c) Disclosure to Service Providers

We may disclose your personal information to companies that provide infrastructure services on our behalf, including software developers, website hosts, data processing providers, document management providers, and office services providers. We provide these companies only with the information they need to deliver the contracted service, and they are legally bound to protect your data.
